Four Greats. One Match.

On Saturday, September 12th of Tournament Week, the Sanford International will host the EMC Greats of the Game, a can’t-miss 9-hole exhibition pairing the greats of the game in a fun and competitive showdown. Shortly after the final tournament group tees off on Hole 10 (approx. 2:30 pm), this unique event is your chance to witness four icons of the entertainment world, up close and in action.

The 2026 Lineup

Andy North – Sanford International Tournament Host and 2-time U.S. Open Champion (1978 & 1985). North joined ESPN as an on-course reporter in 1992 and currently serves as an analyst for ESPN’s golf coverage.

Jordan Davis – Multi-platinum, award-winning country music artist known for his deeply personal songwriting and genre-blending approach, has become one of country music’s most innovative voices and earned him ten career No 1’s on US country radio. An avid golfer, Davis brings a portable golf simulator on the road during his tours, demonstrating his passion for the game rivals his love of performing.

Kyle Rudolph – A two-time Pro Bowl selection (2012, 2017) and one of the most accomplished players in Minnesota Vikings history. Known for his ability to make clutch plays in critical moments and his excellence in both the passing game and as a blocker, he became a cornerstone of the Vikings’ offensive attack and a beloved figure among fans. Beyond his on-field accomplishments, Kyle has been deeply committed to giving back to the community and was the Vikings’ Walter Payton Man of the Year nominee in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

John Randle – Pro Football Hall of Fame Member, 7-time Pro Bowl selections, and NFL 1990’s All-Decade Team Member. Known for his relentless motor, signature face paint, and fierce competitiveness, Randle became a fan favorite and one of the most iconic defensive players to ever wear the purple and gold. Randle’s journey from undrafted free agent to Hall of Famer stands as one of the great underdog stories in NFL history, and his legacy as a Vikings great and one of football’s all-time premier defenders remains firmly cemented.

Following play on Saturday, fans will have the chance to meet the Greats of the Game during an autograph session on the practice range.

2:30 PM: 2 vs. 2 Scramble off Hole #10

4:10 PM: Awards Ceremony on #18 Green

4:15 PM: Autograph Session on the Driving Range

Want to get even closer?

The Greats of the Game participants will also be featured guests at a private dinner on Friday, September 11 at the Sanford Barn. The evening will feature a sit-down dinner, fireside chat with the Greats participants, and live music entertainment. In recognition of the September 11 memorial, funds raised from the dinner will benefit Folds of Honor and other military-focused charitable organizations.
