Sanford International LIVE! featuring country music superstar Sam Hunt will move venues from Great Shots to the Sanford Pentagon due to impending weather scheduled for Thursday evening. Doors to the Sanford Pentagon will open at 6 p.m. Julie Eddy will play an acoustic set at 6:30 p.m. Travis Denning will perform at 7:15 p.m. Sam Hunt takes the stage at 8:30 p.m.

  2. Will my same ticket work? Yes, your ticket from HappsNow will work. Do not need a new ticket.
  3. Still standing room only for General Admission? Yes, there will be no bleachers or seats set-up in the Sanford Pentagon for General Admission.
  4. VIP PIT tickets the same? VIP ticket holders will still enter through a separate entrance and have a reserved section in front of the stage. VIP and Suite Ticket holders should enter through the “SEIKO VIP/Player Entrance” door at the east entrance of the Pentagon. VIP Ticket holders will still have a private area for complimentary food, beer, wine and seltzers into the Seiko VIP Lounge.
  5. Suite Holders items? Suite holders will be assigned to a suite upstairs and will still receive their pre-ordered beverage package and complimentary food and snacks.
  6. Parking
    1. VIP Parking lots will be east of the Pentagon. Directional signage will guide you to the lot where you will still need to show your VIP Parking Pass.  The VIP Lot is east of the Pentagon.
    2. Public parking is still available at the parking lots around the Sanford Sports Complex
  7. Unfortunately, Mitchell Tenpenny is unable to perform due to illness. We are excited to announce rising country star, Travis Denning, and local country singer, Julie Eddy.
  8. Blue Rock Bar & Grill pre-show party starts at 3:30 PM and features country artist from Nashville, TN, Austin Williams
  9. Bag policy remains the same
  10. Food and beverages will be available for purchase for General Admission tickets.
  11. A full bar will be available for any guests 21 and up.


At Sanford International LIVE! opaque bags larger than 4.5” x 6.5” will not be allowed in Great Shots. Patrons will be denied entry if possession of items is extending the bag policy. Under no circumstances will an employee accept a bag for “safe keeping”, take possession of any such bag or otherwise control such bag.

Patrons may enter the building with a clear one (1) gallon zipper lock type bag. A clear stadium bag that is no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” is an acceptable alternative to the zipper lock type bag. Tinted bags are not permitted. Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) bag only.

Clutch bags (4.5” x 6.5” or smaller) that that have a single over the shoulder, or cross-body strap that are made of a canvas, nylon, or leather material are permitted. Chain straps are not allowed.


Diaper bags

  • Are not allowed, unless for a medical necessity, all bags that enter the premises for an event will need to be clear (within sizing guidelines) or of the approved clutch sizing (4.5” x 6.5”).
  • Remember, one bag of this sizing per ticketed customer. If you have children that have tickets, they qualify to have a bag as well.

Privacy issue

  • If you have items that require additional privacy, you can use a clutch up to 4.5″ x 6.5″ inside of your approved sizing clear bag. When you go through the security checkpoint, the small bag/clutch inside will be subject to search.

Shoulder straps

  • Shoulder/cross body style straps are allowed into the venue (as long as the straps are made of fabric, nylon, or leather). No chain straps or similar material will be permitted.

Medical items

  • If you have objects that qualify as a medical necessity, these will be allowed inside the building. We understand that not all medical devices fit into the bag policy and some have their own bags/containers.

Security measures

  • ALL PATRONS will be responsible for removing items from their pockets and going through the metal detectors. This policy is being placed nation-wide by many venues and artists/tours for the safety & security of all involved due to many happenings around the nation.

Clear backpacks/fanny packs

  • Are allowed only if they follow the other rules regarding bags. (12”x12”x6” or smaller with no chain straps).

As a 2021 ticket holder, patrons had two options:

  1. If you rolled over your tickets to the 2022 concert, no action was needed. As a sign of our thanks for your support and loyalty we have reissued you a 2022 concert package to match your 2021 purchase.
  2. If you selected to receive a refund you had to complete the refund request form by September 30, 2021. Your concert ticket was then cancelled and refunded. There will be NO REFUNDS issued after the September 30, 2021 date.
