GATE DAY PARTNER

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Naming rights of a competition day (Fri, Sat or Sun)

  • Gift item to be given to the first 1,000 spectators on Partner Gate Day (Partner logo to be co-branded with tournament logo on gift item)
  • Partner logo on signage prominently displayed at Main Entrance to coincide with Gate Day
  • Partner logo on all promotional materials for Partner Gate Day including:
    • Tournament Schedule of Events
    • Official Spectator Guide and Daily Pairings Sheet

VOLUNTEER PARTNER: SOLD

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Exclusive recognition as the “Official Volunteer Partner of the Sanford International”
  • Partner logo placed on all Volunteer polos, outerwear and headwear (approximately 3500 pieces)
  • Partner logo placed on all Volunteer meal vouchers
  • Signage including Partner logo prominently displayed inside and outside of Volunteer Headquarters
  • Opportunity to distribute a special and/or call-back offer to all Volunteers

MILITARY OUTPOST PARTNER: SOLD

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • All active, reserve and retired military members and a guest will be admitted to the Military Outpost for FREE on behalf of Partner. Military Outpost includes:
    • Complimentary food and beverages
    • Premium golf viewing of the #17 green

TRANSPORTATION PARTNER

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Partner logo placed in prominent locations on all tournament shuttle buses used to transport spectators and volunteers
  • Opportunity to place promotional takeaway item inside each shuttle bus (item to be approved by tournament)
  • Ability to show promotional video and/or message inside each shuttle bus (video to be approved by tournament)
  • Recognition throughout all tournament materials including website, Official Spectator Guide, Tournament Partner Board and Video Boards as the “Transportation Partner”

FAMILY FUN ZONE PARTNER: SOLD

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Partner naming rights to the Family Fun Zone area adjacent to the #10 hole
  • Partner name and logo displayed prominently on entrance signage to the Family Fun Zone
  • 10’ x 10’ Expo Space in Family Fun Zone. Expo Space includes:
    • One (1) 8’ table, two (2) chairs and power connection
    • Partner name signage designating the expo space
  • Partner recognition throughout all tournament materials including website, Official Spectator Guide, Tournament Partner Board and Video Boards as the “Family Fun Zone Partner”

STANDARD BEARER PARTNER

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Partner name and logo displayed on the standard bearer identification sign assigned to each group of PGA TOUR Champions professionals (Standard bearers walk with each group to keep track of score for spectators to see.)

THE RANCH EXPO SPACE

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • 10’ X 10’ Expo Space in The Ranch, a high traffic area and prominent destination for Spectators of the Tournament. Expo Space includes:
    • One (1) 8’ table and two (2) chairs
    • Partner name signage designating the expo space
    • Power and internet connection (if needed)
  • Opportunity for product or service sampling and/or distribution of promotional materials
  • Partner recognition throughout tournament materials including website, Official Spectator Guide and Tournament Partner Board

TOURNAMENT PARKING PARTNER

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Signage with Partner logo prominently displayed at the designated General Parking Lot
  • Partner name and logo on the backside of all parking passes used by general spectators, volunteers, tournament partners and vendors (approximately 8,000 pieces)
  • Opportunity to have a 10’ x 10’ Expo tent at the General Parking Lot to display and/or distribute Partner materials
  • Partner recognition throughout all tournament materials including website, Official Spectator Guide, Tournament Partner Board and Video Boards as the “General Parking Lot Partner”

SUNSCREEN STATION PARTNER

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Sunscreen Stations with Partner logo signage to be located at on-course concessions stands, Main Entrance and Driving Range (approximately six [6] total sunscreen stations)
  • Partner logo and skin cancer prevention tips with daily UV index to appear on Video Boards
